Return Policy
An original store receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded with a credit to that same card. Textbooks may be returned for a full refund up to one week after the start of the term. New books must be returned in saleable condition. Any books that have been marked or written in, or damaged in any way, will be refunded at the used book price. All other items may be returned for a full refund if returned in saleable condition within 90 days of purchase. Concordia University, Nebraska Bookstore reserves the right to refuse issuing a refund at any time.
