Store Policies

Returns Policy
We want to serve you! We know sometimes returns are necessary. You may return any item purchased from our website! Returned merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
Gift and Clothing Returns
CU Gifts and Clothing may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products may be exchanged or you can choose to receive credit back on your credit card.

Textbooks Returns
All traditional textbook returns must be made by Census Day each semester. Textbooks for Lifelong Learning, Master Cohorts, and Online classes must me returned within seven days of the beginning of the class for a full refund. After seven days, the books may be bought back (See CASH FOR YOUR BOOKS) by the bookstore.

Please pack items well and include:
  • a copy of your original receipt
  • the reason for the return
  • your name ,address, and phone number
  • whether you would like to exchange the product or receive credit back on your credit card
Shipping Policy
Our desire is to get you the right product at the right time! Our goal is to ship your products within 48 hours of receiving your order. Most orders can be sent out the same day! If there is any reason that your order will not be shipped out within 48 hours, we will contact you immediately. Products will only be shipped out Monday through Friday. Please refrain from using P.O. Boxes whenever possible.

Buy Back Policy
We buy textbooks back every day! We will pay 50% of the new price of a textbook when the textbook has been adopted for the following term. We will pay the wholesale price when textbooks have not been adopted for the following term. The wholesale price is determined by the wholesaler and is based on supply and demand of the textbook.
